    A few thoughts on the Track 2 results. First, congratulations again to all winners and honorable mentions, and thank you to everyone who participated. As we all know, Track 2 was significantly more competitive than Track 1, with over 70 submissions spanning different formats, styles, topics, and levels of depth. Submissions were reviewed using the published criteria, including: Hook strength, Narrative clarity, Originality, Production quality, Ecosystem value, Topic diversity & Accuracy One thing worth noting is that there was no single “correct” type of video. Some submissions excelled at storytelling, others at short-form communication, and others at educational depth. I also want to remind everyone that the goal of this program has never been to benefit a single creator, a small group of creators, or any individual involved in running it. The goal has always been to create more opportunities for creators within the Sui ecosystem, encourage higher quality content, and help grow a stronger creator culture across the community. As a result, final decisions were not based on a single metric, but on how submissions performed across the full rubric and how effectively they communicated the topic to their intended audience. We appreciate all feedback and will continue improving the program and judging process as it evolves.

    Confidential Transfer changes this structure a bit. The envelope is still in the middle. Who sent to whom can be seen. Which token was transferred can be seen. But the amount inside the envelope may not be visible to everyone.

    So the purpose here is not to “hide everything completely.” Because in some cases, authorized parties such as issuers, exchanges, or regulators may need to access this information.

The recently affected Vaults have been deprecated and replaced by new corresponding Vaults: SUI-USDC, ETH-USDC, DEEP-SUI, WAL-SUI, CETUS-SUI, LBTC-SUI. All new Vaults have been 100% refilled based on the pre-attack balances of the affected Vaults. The new package upgrade and recovery procedures have all gone through cross-party review.
