    Recently, it's better to participate less in deposit-type projects. The original intention of depositing money is to seek stability and earn some interest, but now the risk of losing principal is still very high. If you must deposit, you must know the following points 1. If it's a permissionless market, anyone can act as a risk curator. Such platforms will not provide guarantees or principal protection, and all risks need to be borne by yourself. This will be reminded when depositing money, including Binance Wallet and Lista, none of which promise compensation. It's usually fine during a bull market, but there are more incidents during a bear market. Today, there was one that promised 100% principal protection, but many protocols haven't even issued an announcement since the incident, and some don't even know where to seek recourse. 2. When depositing money into a protocol, you should look at its strategy, don't just deposit based on APY. I checked, and mev also uses a quantitative + neutral strategy. It's slightly better than re7, and might have some usdx, but if this part becomes bad debt, many retail investors will have to bear it. 3. For any protocol, when the yield inexplicably increases, remember to check its background and see why the yield suddenly rose. It's very likely that the pool is running out of funds and needs to increase yield to attract more deposits. Yesterday, I saw someone in a group who, while others were frantically trying to withdraw, saw a very high APY and directly deposited 64w u. About 2 hours later, he probably realized something was wrong and joined the group to ask, only to find out that withdrawals were impossible.
