Morpho (MORPHO)

Morpho has become one of the core infrastructure layers of institutional onchain finance. Holding $10B + in TVL, and recently raising $175M .

Its design gives institutions something most DeFi protocols don't: control over their own risk parameters, without shared exposure to other participants.

Dennis joined Morpho to lead its institutional growth, after four years building the GTM function at Figment.

What I wrote are already proven projects; mentioning them does not mean I think they are great and I’m adding them to my basket. Many of these projects I already hold, but while researching, small projects that possess the “well‑executed aspects” factor of these altcoin projects can make a difference.

For example, MORPHO stood out with its cross‑lending and flexible pools; when looking at more gem‑type lending DeFi altcoins, you need to see who further improves it.

There was AAVE before; Morpho improved it a bit and moved it to the Base network, and for months now this altcoin has delivered more than 2× returns.

Another example: I have ZBCN which has been giving good returns for a while; the team took micro‑features from all RWA projects, amplified them, and turned them into a protocol. Payments, transfers, collateral...
