➥ Altcoins season but what to trade?

As you witness, Alts is cooking, but the real R/R is still buried in the trenches with sub-10M shitcoins

If you can spot a gem early or even run a 5-10% hit rate with ironclad risk management, this corner of the market is the most insane lucrative casino on earth

But let’s be real, that 5-10% hit rate is actually high in a bear market, especially down here

There are very few coins that actually deliver

I’ve been grinding this sector for the last 5 years and still ended up net negative year-on-year, even with solid hits like $TAO and $VIRTUAL

You keep playing without proper risk management and you’ll just hand every profit right back to the market

Risk management is everything

With that said… the setup right now actually looks good, especially further down the risk curve

Our retarded low-caps are finally getting their time to shine

Crypto is weirdly contradictory like that: you need diamond hands and patience… but you also have to constantly hunt fresh opportunities

And right now the market is rewarding exactly that

People chase innovative stuff, but narratives are what move the needle hardest

Biggest narratives I’m watching:

[1] AI is still the undisputed king

- Agents, decentralized compute, the whole stack
- But I’m also seeing early rotation into some wild low-cap plays like $REI, $VADER, $ODAI, $LAUKI and $ANON that could catch serious flow if the narrative rotates deeper into the trenches

[2] DeFi – I’ve always loved this sector.-

- 2 protocols I’m particularly bullish on is $FLUID and $PENDLE
- Innovative liquidity design that actually feels next-gen in a sea of copy-paste

[2] Privacy is quietly waking up hard, category is up 37%+ in the last 7 days

- $RAIL looks primed, especially with the Ethereum Foundation pushing privacy-integrated wallets
- $WORM - EIP-7503 brings plausibly deniable privacy to Ethereum nobody even knows, yet it’s a super early tiny cap i’m willing to add at current level

[3] Prediction markets still feel underhyped outside Polymarket and a couple others

- Decentralized plays like $HYPE, $BASED, $OPN, $TRUE could easily pop off if the narrative catches fire
- Especially with perps and prediction hybrids gaining traction across DeFi

[4] And then there’s the one you literally can’t ignore right now: tokenized Pokémon TCG

This sector is printing money like it’s 2021 again

- After $CARDS broke out, the whole category took a leg up. Last week’s revenue hit $4.2M, the highest ever
- @Courtyard_io is doing over $100M annualized on Pokémon cards alone
- @Collector_Crypt sitting at $37.5M annualized, up 106% in the past month
- @phygitals absolutely exploded, 10x revenue growth last month to $22.3M annualized
- Even @ripdotfun is up 120% to $1.3M

The gacha + tokenized physicals meta is straight heat

$CARDS and the broader TCG eco are the clearest “dumb money flows to real revenue” play in the entire market right now

Finally I think alts szn is surgical. Patience + narrative hunting + brutal risk management

I’m staying patient, sizing tiny in the trenches, and rotating into whatever shows real momentum and real revenue or real tech
