Wu said he learned that Scroll tweeted that recent rumors about the closure of Scroll DAO stem from a misunderstanding of the governance restructuring announcement. The DAO has not ceased operations, but is adjusting its governance framework. Current governance is ongoing, a proposal concerning the Galileo upgrade has been passed, and the co-creation cycles continue to collect community feedback.
