    This is not looking good for Katana at all they predicted their $KAT rewards based on a $1B FDV at launch but pre market price is currently at 160M FDV ($0.016) which means: (for the USDC vault) > the est APR went from 43% at 1B FDV > to between 9-12% APR at 150M FDV as you guys know, I've been depositing in their stable vault for months and supported the ecosystem but I don't really like when projects over inflate their incentives I know the state of the market isnt the same but it's always better to keep expectations a bit lower so it looks realistic this isnt FUD btw, just being transparent and sharing thoughts

    Another signal that the old “metas” are completely cooked: Katana. The project is basically a ve(3,3) chain (apparently still considered innovation) and it’s backed by Polygon Labs. KAT just launched on Binance pre-market and is currently valued at… $173M FDV (~$38M market cap if you trust CMC). Now let’s rewind to March 2023, when the ve(3,3) DEX Chronos launched at arbitrum (some OGs might remember). In its first days it was trading at ~$300M FDV — without a single CEX listing (!). Back then a Binance listing would’ve probably sent it to $1B+. But of course… Binance doesn’t list tokens “just like that” 😅. Now? Same meta, stronger backers, Binance pre-market… and still cheaper. Progress, I guess.
