The complaint states that the defendants built project credibility through collaboration with Stanford University, publishing papers, media publicity, and financing activities, but the associated AI investment system was actually operated manually, and the project generated no revenue during the relevant period. Furthermore, the lawsuit notes that after rebranding to ElizaOS, the project performed a token migration and increased supply, with approximately 40% of the new tokens allocated to insiders.
