In short, it’s a recap of the year, but also a nod to the process they are in.

A LOI has been sent, pending approval and basically this lays out the terms of acquisition etc before moving on to further binding events and higher expenses.

One thing that has been clear is that the team is honest and not creating buzz or hype. (Even though what they’re doing is a massive step forward in the space)

Ryan has been straightforward about tapering the hype from the start but this is reality.

They also have back plans should there be an unforeseen delay and can pivot to acquire a different eligible bank.

But let’s be real, at any moment our “favorite” pumpers will post “WIRE is getting a bank, first settlement agent with a bank, their partners are Kraken, Anchorage, etc”
