Before You Begin
Make sure you have completed the following steps before creating a prepaid card:
- Create a Wallet – Set up your wallet if you haven't already
- Deposit Funds – Ensure your wallet has a sufficient balance to proceed
Once your wallet is set up and funded, you're ready to create your prepaid card.
Step 1: Open the App ➡️ Tap【Assets】➡️ Tap【Wallet】at the top
Step 2: On the wallet home page, tap【Pay】to enter the prepaid card page
⚠️ Prepaid cards are only available for Seed Phrase Wallets. Please switch to a seed phrase wallet before proceeding.
Step 3: Tap【Create Card】
Step 5: Upload a selfie, fill in your KYC information, upload the front and back of your ID, and provide your residential address and delivery method（For virtual cards, no mailing is required — you can fill in any address. Once the card is created, it can be used immediately）
Step 6: After submitting your information, you will be redirected back to see the KYC review result. Once approved, select your card type: 【Virtual Card】, and confirm the initial top-up amount
Step 7: Once the top-up is successful, your virtual card is ready to use. (After activation, tap【Manage】in the top right corner ➡️ Tap【Show Details】➡️ Enter the email verification code to view your card details)
