    don’t have an opinion on the $birb token but i keep seeing rhetoric that the % of supply distributed to holders was too low. do people realise that the more supply that goes to holders the less inclination a team has to drive value to it over their own equity?

    there are rare exceptions like hyperliquid where benevolent teams want to do things in the spirit of crypto but these are far and few between demanding or expecting more supply is effectively ensuring that the token soft rugs (using that term lightly) on a long enough timespan
