$UNI fell -80% from its 2025 highs to reach a multi-year low in early June. Since then it has been in a steady uptrend and is now trying to reclaim the key historical level around $4. This is the fastest growth in 18 quarters! 2⃣In the crypto market, only a little of that has arrived so far: 🔴 DeFi sector with UNI or HYPE under slight pressure 🔴 RWA sector with ONDO or CC also gives a slight retreat 🟢 AI sector with e.g. Audiera (BEAT) and the Privacy sector with ZEC, DASH and Monero slightly in the plus. 3⃣High US bond yields continue to brake a clear, market-wide Risk-on signal.

Today, $UNI || @Uniswap increasingly being valued for “protocol cash flow.” Here are the catalyst: • The fee switch is now live, sending protocol revenue into a treasury that buys back and permanently burns UNI. • Early buybacks were modest, around $26–27M annualized, so the market largely ignored them. • Then @RobinhoodCrypto Chain launched in July, and everything accelerated. In its first week: • $1B+ cumulative trading volume • ~$11M weekly fees • Nearly half of Uniswap's weekly fee revenue came from Robinhood Chain After governance expanded the fee switch: • Daily buyback funding jumped from ~$114K to ~$325K. • Robinhood Chain alone contributed about $170K/day. That is the reason why UNI moved from roughly $2.30 in early June to around $4.60 by the end of July. Note: UNI is evolving from a governance token into an asset backed by recurring protocol revenue and continuous buybacks. As Robinhood Chain sustain that activity after its gas subsidies end. That will determine whether this repricing has another leg to it.
