    we have a lot of fun ideas in the oven atm hoping to get some form of insanely fast block prop for miners out then we need to rethink mining, proposing, and mempools come Tachyon with aggregation of tx With the same mechanism, I think we can also dramatically increase the speed at which we feel confident considering a tx included, **w/o** adding a preconf or stake layer on top.

    To clarify the new Ironwood pool for #ZEC: Ironwood doesn't prove there were never counterfeit ZEC. It makes it so that, from the upgrade forward, the circulating supply becomes independently verifiable again. Any hypothetical counterfeit coins can no longer remain hidden while circulating through the network. This is a positive for Zcash as it clears up any uncertainty, which is what markets hate.

    $ZEC is starting to look interesting again. Price has formed a double bottom directly at the key $450 liquidity pivot, with compound resistance now sitting just above. If ZEC can successfully break through that resistance, I’d be targeting a move into the $490-$500 region. That’s where I’d reassess the strength of the move. Either price shows enough momentum to continue higher, or it rejects and forms another lower high before the downtrend resumes.

    Two of crypto’s strongest 2026 narratives are under pressure. but the charts are hiding an important difference. $ZEC is repairing trust. $HYPE is absorbing supply. both are red. the reasons are not the same. ❯ zcash first. $ZEC traded near $466 on August 1, roughly 32% below its May high. but the bigger story is not the price level. Ironwood already went live on July 28. the upgrade sealed the old Orchard shielded pool after a soundness flaw created a theoretical risk of undetectable counterfeit $ZEC. there is no evidence the flaw was exploited, but for a privacy protocol, "probably fine" is not the same as verifiable. Ironwood changes that. the old pool is now restricted. funds leaving it pass through a turnstile, and the protocol can enforce that no more $ZEC leaves than verifiably entered. that is not a growth catalyst. it is a credibility repair. and credibility repairs take longer to price than feature launches. ❯ hyperliquid is dealing with a different problem. $HYPE is around $52, down roughly...
