Original complaint: $10M. ED's actual finding: $35M. They only seized 8,700 $USDT. The rest is still out there, and foreign victims haven't even filed complaints yet.

    Wu says he learned that the Indian Enforcement Directorate (ED) Bangalore branch conducted searches at multiple locations on July 18-19 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) to investigate an off-chain (OTC) virtual digital asset fraud case. The alleged perpetrators reportedly used discounted offers of tokens such as MultiversX, Kava, BEAM, GRASS, SUI, VANA, AGLD as bait to deceive foreign investors. Built trust through Telegram groups and in-person meetings. Promised discounted allocations in MultiverseX, Kava, BEAM, GRASS, SUI, VANA, AGLD. Money came in. Tokens never arrived. Numbers: FIR claim - $10 Million ED investigation - $35 Million. 3.5x more. 💀 Foreign investors were also victims—but no complaints yet. What Was Seized? 8,700 $USDT & digital devices, emails, and wallets. Funds were diverted into personal properties, expenses, and businesses through Ravindra K.
