The cap for this vault increases tomorrow, and it's one of the best performing ETH vaults on @vaultsfyi. I noticed that recently the yield has been super consistent, so I asked the team what changed on Feb 25th, since share price had been fairly volatile before that. The answer is that the vault switched to NAV oracle pricing for wstETH instead of market price oracles. On Feb 25th, they made the switch to mute the peg volatility (which is multiplied by leverage) and the APR has been extremely consistent since as you can see below. The way Fuse is able to do this is by using a withdrawal fee that accounts for any exit slippage if and when they need to swap through liquidity to service the withdrawal. While this does mean there will be a larger fee when stETH is underpeg, it also allows for a very consistent and smooth NAV price change. The user, then, must be discerning when exiting, to ensure the fee is minimized (exiting when peg is near parity). The more you know!
