Stellar ( $XLM ) is currently trading in a prolonged downtrend after failing to hold its mid-cycle breakout from mid-2025. Price is consolidating near the lower Fibonacci retracement zone around $0.21, signaling weakness but also hinting at a potential accumulation phase. Despite the broader bearish structure, selling pressure has slowed, suggesting the market may be approaching a short-term equilibrium. 🔹 Current Market Structure After peaking near the $0.45–$0.50 region in July 2025, XLM has consistently formed lower highs and lower lows — confirming a clear bearish trend on the daily timeframe. Price has now retraced toward the 0.236 Fibonacci level around $0.208–$0.21, which aligns with a historical demand zone. This area is currently acting as a key short-term support.
