    $XRP check-in. The network is running clean. Ledgers are closing in about 3.83 seconds, transaction activity remains steady, and there are no unusual validator or network issues showing up. RLUSD continues to lead stablecoin activity on the ledger. $XRP and stablecoin liquidity is growing across AMM pools, while validators consider upgrades for lending, single-asset vaults, permissioned trading, token escrow, NFTs, and advanced tokenization. Crypto is moving deeper into the financial system around the world. Japan has passed legislation recognizing crypto as a financial asset, bringing digital assets closer to the same regulatory system used for traditional investments. Russia’s State Duma also passed its crypto bill in the final readings today. It still needs approval from the Federation Council and President Putin’s signature before it becomes law. The Duma vote is solid progress, but the process isn’t finished. Large $XRP holders continue moving coins toward self-custody, builders continue shipping, institutions continue developing stablecoin and tokenization infrastructure, and $XRP is moving higher today. More countries are building frameworks. More financial institutions are entering the space. More infrastructure is coming online. We’ve spent years preparing for this stage. The world is catching up to what the $XRP Ledger was built to do.
