But only one of them happened in real time, in front of everyone, with price discovery so I will choose the second one for now.

According to CNBC, the AVAX treasury company Avalanche Treasury Co. has started trading on Nasdaq under the ticker AVAT. The company previously completed a merger by acquiring SPAC Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp. in a $675 million deal, led by former Susquehanna and AllianceBernstein executive Bart Smith. Unlike traditional crypto treasury firms that mainly hold a single token, Avalanche Treasury Co. plans to allocate funds to infrastructure, applications, and related projects within the Avalanche ecosystem.
