The overall company direction feels chaotic and disorganized, with priorities shifting constantly without clear communication.' 🗨️ 'Build a culture of trust rather than fear' This hits home because it's precisely how many in the ecosystem experienced working with or alongside @cryptocom and @CronosNetwork leadership in the past. That said, this feedback appears to be pre-Ryan Wyatt era. His vision for Cronos has been refreshingly clear and focused, and the team seems aligned on executing it. Still, we should never repeat the old pattern: forcing engineers to chase the shiny new thing every quarter, only to ship dead or half-baked products year after year. That approach didn't just frustrate investors - it burned out talent. The best engineers don't just want a paycheck. They want to work on something meaningful, with clear direction and real impact. Constant context-switching and abandoned initiatives are demotivating at best, and career-damaging at worst. I've been critical of Cronos lately, but I've always believed the deepest issues stemmed from management and direction, not from the people on the ground trying to deliver against ever-changing demands. Here's hoping the new leadership fully breaks that cycle. Consistent execution will be what separates success from more missed potential.

A year ago i would say Cronos APP would be bearish Today, its clear that a chain needs revenue. Today, Wolfswap is generating more revenue then 80% of the chains launched. And that's funny, but it's important to mention that some chains make 0-200$ Cronos APP will have to generate revenue for the chain, alongside chain usage to make it sustainable and a wanted business for the leadership to support and grow Can't wait to see what @Fwiz and the team prepare for us
