$NBIS is my largest position in the hyperscaler category. Leopold disclosed a massive position in it, gov fable restrictions are a clear narrative headwind, and just look at my founder. I'm still a novice regarding AI turtlenecks as I wasted the past two years trading coins and golfing, so take my views with a grain of salt.

Crypto miners to NeoCloud: The most successful AI transformation batch in the crypto space When crypto people were still marveling at AI development and stock price surges, a group of companies had quietly completed the transition from Crypto to AI. They were once crypto miners, making money by mining BTC and ETH; Now they have already or are transitioning to NeoCloud, making money by providing AI compute to OpenAI and Anthropic. 1. What is NeoCloud? After ChatGPT launched in 2022 and went viral, a historic GPU compute shortage emerged, and NeoCloud was born. Miner business model: Electricity -> GPU/miner -> BTC/ETH compute -> block reward NeoCloud business model: Electricity -> GPU -> AI compute -> OpenAI/Anthropic contracts If you start NeoCloud from scratch, you need: buy electricity, buy land, buy GPUs, build substations, build cooling systems, build data centers, assemble an operations team. And miners already have all of these! 3. The story of the leader CoreWeave $CRWV One of NeoCloud's leaders, CoreWeave $CRWV, originally called Atlantic Crypto, a GPU mining company founded in 2017. During the 2019 crypto bear market, the company renamed to CoreWeave and used $3 million raised to buy 40,000 GPUs (mining cards) from bankrupt miners, mining while building GPU cloud services. When the 2021 crypto bull market arrived, CoreWeave chose not to continue mining ETH, but instead liquidated all its GPUs at 10x price. They used the money plus $50M financing to purchase data-center-grade GPUs (A100, etc.) from Nvidia, starting to build AI data centers. 2023 was a destiny-changing year: ChatGPT exploded, AI companies were crazy for GPUs, CoreWeave recognized NeoCloud's wind. That year, CoreWeave received strategic investment from Nvidia becoming a “child”, secured a big contract with Microsoft, and began rapid expansion. mkt thoughts 17 Jun 26 US trading got off to a brisk start with risk assets attempting to make a surge pre FOMC - most sector had a short initial bounce that was quickly faded...memory, photonics... again the only sector that remained sturdy was ... neoclouds. $NBIS continues to demonstrate resiliency. Besides $NBIS, $SHAZ had some interesting news. It has secured 1.6B of financing to put its neocloud ambitions to work. 900m on equity, 700m on convertible debt. Situational Awareness was apparently the anchor. Transaction closes on 22th Jun - I would expect SA to announce that it has more than 5% of $SHAZ....
