    But looking at Cap... They say they're running some Homestead (farm) phase, And the period is until July 23... Pendle pool also expires on July 23, The IDO is said to be on Feb 9... They say the first month points are doubled, Why are they being so ambiguous...?!

    Gm Explorers I talked about the fundamental staking updates on Pendle just 5 days ago and we are already seeing the fruits of that decision. Only 20% of $PENDLE supply was staked then . Today, it’s close to 44%, a x2.2 increase. At the time there was debate over the wisdom of that decision and the market downturn means the token has lost 3.7% of value over the same timeframe. The switch from vePENDLE to sPENDLE is likely the best possible decision for Pendle’s future and the word that comes to mind right now is UNDERVALUED .     Pendle's new incentive model - AIM ✅AIM stands for Algorithmic Incentive Model Scheduled to be applied on Jan 29 at 9:00 AM KST ✅Existing incentive model - PENDLE rewards determined by vePENDLE voting - More than 50% of rewards were parked in the 10 pools with the lowest fee generation = inefficient ✅Changes - Total Reward Emission expected to decrease by 30% - Within the first 21 days after pool creation: rewards distributed based on TVL weighting + fees - After 21 days from pool creation: rewards distributed giving weight to TVL + fees ✅Co-Incentive - Previously paid to vePENDLE voters - In the new incentive model, paid to liquidity providers (LP) and YT purchasers - If an external protocol provides $1, Pendle matches it with $0.4 of PENDLE or $0.3 of another token for payment ✅Impact on holders For PENDLE holders, reduced inflation rate / activation of fees leads to increased buyback amount LP/YT users receive higher incentives Pendle itself sees increased fee revenue It appears to be a well‑thought‑out change.     $PENDLE is one of my favorite projects; we have earned a lot from it in the past. Tokenization together with RWA will be discussed much more. Pendle is at the very center of this. With the DeFi + RWA hype, in the first rally, as I indicated on the chart, a $12 target is quite reasonable and the tokenomics are suitable for it. Current market cap is $350M, TVL $3.43B, i.e., a ratio of 0.1, which shows the project is seriously undervalued. I am accumulating little by little.
