We welcome the SEC's thoughtful statement on tokenized securities, recognizing several different tokenization models present in the market today. Ondo's Tokenization Roadmap, published in December, aligned with many of the SEC's observations and emphasized that several different models hold the promise of finding substantial investor interest onchain. That diversity of options is a strength of the U.S. financial system, and we are delighted to see the SEC continue to support the growing number of investors choosing to hold tokenized US securities and ETFs. We are also pleased that the SEC expressly recognized linked debt security models like Ondo Global Markets tokens, which have seen rapid investor adoption — and received EU regulatory approval — since launching in September. We look forward to continuing to work with the SEC to bring the Global Markets and other securities tokenization models to U.S. customers quickly and responsibly.
