Honestly, it's been a long time since I received such an exquisite racket; cp has indeed put effort into its merchandise.

Speaking of CoinUp, I have some history—when I chased cp at 0.2 with the teachers, 1U yielded a modest profit.

Later, the Chengdu spring outing organized by @LoyalSiman was a blast for everyone.

At 0.1 I got pulled in again and took a slice, now up 3X—pretty good. Waiting for pullbacks at target levels is my favorite thing.

Need I say it? cp's merchandise quality is solid; hope you keep up the good work.

In February,
I came across 潜水老师's tweet saying he heavily bought $CP,
and directly became the largest retail holder on the CoinUp platform.

At this Hong Kong WEB3 Carnival,
the most talked-about thing was actually a second-tier exchange’s “traffic cult” style marketing event “Famous Actress ‘Lewd Party’ Night,”
and various kissing videos ended up on Web2 platforms.

The Hong Kong conference just ended,
and the homepage was flooded with crash-related criticisms and discussions,
the hype far exceeding everyone’s expectations.
Meanwhile, within the same second-tier exchange, CoinUp took a completely different path:
|Jazz Night – a private jazz evening, low-key, authentic, stylish, which stood out as a refreshing clear stream among the second-tier exchange tactics.

In a bear market,
as we all ponder which assets can truly transcend cycles,
I think most people will still prioritize mainstream coins like BTC, HYPE,
as well as a bunch of US stock assets,
and even now many “yield-chasing” studios focus on Hong Kong IPOs.

Recently I, zhaozhao, have also been wondering:
Why does 潜水老师 heavily allocate to CP and even tweet about it publicly?
Based on his remarks during the CoinUp Jazz Night events,
and my own understanding, it’s roughly like this:

“The landscape of top-tier and strong top-tier exchanges is essentially set, with very high barriers.”
Q姐's vision is to bring CoinUp into the leading second-tier exchange camp.
Meanwhile, 潜水老师 looks even farther ahead:
CoinUp is, in his view, the platform with the greatest chance to jump up two more levels.
Whether it’s product experience, market momentum, or team execution,
CP overall is in a clear upward cycle, poised to make a full leap from the bear-market trough to a bull market.

My own take on the underlying logic of 潜水老师’s heavy CP allocation is:
After we missed the To-the-Moon runs of top-tier, strong top-tier, and some second-tier platform tokens,
we can allocate a small portion of capital to “buy a lottery ticket” in the still-room-for-growth second-tier exchanges.
His choice is essentially a bet on the platform’s long-term momentum.

Last night before sleep, I bought 1000 U.
On one hand I trust 潜水老师’s judgment,
on the other I appreciate Q姐 and the team’s restrained approach, avoiding exaggerated traffic tricks, and steadily moving toward the achievable goal of becoming a “top second-tier” exchange.

|Why didn’t I buy CP while in Hong Kong? Because I just thought of it and hadn’t opened a position yet.
|Hope that when the next bull market arrives, 潜水老师 will get off the ride and subtly tweet about it.
