Oasis Founder Dawn Song Joins Meta Superintelligence Labs to Lead AI Safety

UC Berkeley professor and Oasis Labs founder @dawnsongtweets has joined Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) as Vice President of AI Research, leading AI Safety and AI Security. Several core members of Virtue AI will also join Meta.

Song previously founded Oasis Labs and launched the Oasis (ROSE) privacy-preserving blockchain, which raised $45 million from investors including a16z Crypto, Accel, Binance Labs, Pantera, and Polychain. ROSE currently trades at around $0.006, down approximately 99% from its all-time high of $0.596.
