    New(er) minutes have been posted by the @hedera council. These are from Nov, so there are still minutes that we are waiting to have released but it's something. Here are the highlights: -Hedera Foundation on record touting L0 garbage as "Institutional Grade DeFi." This alone is why we release minutes in a timely manner--so that decisions on record don't look stupid in retrospect. -Hedera policy normies continue to draw distinctions between public and public permissioned networks where there is none. -Council terms expiring in 2026 are actually not. Council terms updated so that underperformers can continue to sandbag the shutout of us until the council fills up to 39z These are really important updates to governance. Do a better job of releasing these in a timely manner. https://t.co/bBEUI3oiCM
