From the statement, system zero is the ground base that underpins all activity on Sei, from a parallelized EVM to 400ms finality. However, to form up a Sei EVM like the current version, they still need partners - the most important ones with solid foundation. Who will probably be there? + Ethereum - the EVM root, in charge of every EVM upgrade + Github - the ultimate source for Sei devs tbh, I'm quite confused about who will show up here.
