    What bothers me isn't Gradients or the analyses published over the last 24 hours. What bothers me is that this controversy wasn't clarified much earlier. Three subnets had formed a partnership. In that kind of collaboration, I assume you do your homework and understand who you're building with. If several people were technically capable of opening and analyzing a checkpoint in just a few hours, why wasn't it done: before the announcements? before hundreds or even thousands of people invested? This question goes beyond Quasar. It concerns the entire Bittensor ecosystem. If this situation ultimately pushes Bittensor toward much higher standards for independent audits, transparency, and technical verification, then at least something positive will come out of it. @QuasarModels @gradients_ai @const_reborn

    imagine backing a bittensor subnet for months, only for an analysis to allege that its flagship model was 96% identical to one already released elsewhere. SN24 aka quasar crashed over 70% as the claims spread. tldr: → quasar is subnet 24 on bittensor → it claimed its 18B model was trained on more than 1 trillion tokens → the project raised 400 $TAO and was publicly backed by @const_reborn → an analysis later compared the model with one released by InclusionAI → the result reportedly found a 96% match → using an open-source model was never the problem → the issue is whether quasar presented an existing model as original work → once the report spread, holders rushed to unstake and sell → SN24’s shallow liquidity made every exit push the price lower → and boom, quasar crashed over 70% within hours → now people are questioning the team, its model claims and everyone who vouched for it I honestly don’t know what’s worse here: that claims this big went unchecked for months, or that so many of us treat

    There are maybe 10 Series A caliber startups in Bittensor and 3‑5 at Series B. Everything else is a pre‑revenue seed stage moonshot. Size accordingly as your base case is zero, but your upside is 100x or more. Founder is everything, and you need a long time horizon to let them cook. TAO is precious. Spend it wisely.

    Here it is, ready to ship. The agent economy has two layers. Almost nobody is pricing both. $TAO is the intelligence itself. 128+ competing subnets. Bitcoin style scarcity with a hard cap of 21M. A network where models fight for emissions and only the useful ones survive. It produces the thing agents are made of. $NEAR is the settlement layer underneath them. Confidential rails where agents move value, sign, and transact. Staking is now pointed at AI compute instead of sitting idle. It moves the thing $TAO produces. One is the mind. One is the hands. Here is the part nobody wants to sit with. When the agent economy scales, value does not split evenly between the layer that thinks and the layer that settles. One captures the premium. The other becomes a commodity everyone assumes was always there. So which one are you actually holding? The intelligence, or the rails it runs on.     $TAO #TAOUSDT Seems like there is a 220$ touch point. However the daily chart looks a bit problematic. Likely will fill the gap at 160$. So after the 220$ touch it may need to pull back. A pair I love trading but currently in an unproductive period. I would chase it again when it gains technical strength, but now it's very weak.
