After all the feedback on TrustCircle, I really appreciated it and decided to act on it.

So I just shipped TrustCircle V2 on Arc network

What’s new in V2:

-> Smart contract upgrades

The reputation system is now live. Successful payouts now increase your score on-chain.

-> Collateral-backed participation

Members now lock collateral before joining. If someone defaults, that collateral can be slashed.

-> Default handling

Members can flag defaulters after the grace period, pause the circle, then vote to continue or dissolve the group.

So now TrustCircle has:

>Governance through member voting
