The commission rebate validity period for each invited user is one year. For example, if User B is invited on January 1, 2026, any wealth management orders subscribed by User B before January 1, 2027, will qualify for rebates.

The referrer will receive wealth management commission rebates once per month.

Rebate amount = Interest earned by the invitee from wealth management (in USDT value) × Rebate rate.

Invitation Commission:

For each new user successfully invited to open a card and the invitee completes ≥50 USD in spending:

Spending Rebate Rewards:

Level 1 spending rebate

LV1: Invite 1–9 people to open a card: 0.10%

LV2: Invite 10–29 people to open a card: 0.20%

LV3: Invite 30+ people to open a card: 0.40%

10% of the downstream user's commission

Invitation Rewards:

Transaction Rebate Rewards:

Level 1 spending rebate: Tiered rebate, refer to the table below for rates

Level 2 spending rebate: 10% of the downstream user's commission

Rebate Examples:

Level 1 rebate (direct invitation reward):

LV1 User A invites B. B spends 1,000 USDT. A receives 1 USDT commission (rebate rate 0.1%).

LV3 User C invites D. D spends 1,000 USDT. C receives 4 USDT commission (rebate rate 0.4%).

Level 2 rebate (indirect invitation reward): User A invites B. LV3 B then invites C. C spends 1,000 USDT. B receives 4 USDT commission, and A receives an additional 0.4 USDT (i.e., 10% of the downstream user's commission).

The Level 2 rebate rate is always fixed at 10% of the downstream user's commission. All rebates are settled in USDT and will be automatically credited to the user's spot account T+30 days after the spending is completed.
