$IREN Let's talk cash IREN disclosed today that it held ~$7.6B of cash and equivalents as of June 30. That number immediately struck me as very high - and in my view, strongly suggests the ATM has likely been used. Here’s the bridge: As of April 30, IREN had ~$2.6B of cash. By June 30, cash was ~$7.6B. That’s a +$5.0B increase in just two months. But not all of that is truly general-purpose cash. Today’s release said ~$1.7B relates to Microsoft GPU financing proceeds, which are effectively earmarked for the final two MSFT GPU tranches. It's the GPU loan money in transit to Dell. So the cleaner incremental cash increase is closer to: +$5.0B total increase - $1.7B MSFT GPU financing cash = +$3.3B net incremental cash We also know IREN closed its $3.0B convertible notes offering in mid-May. After capped call costs and fees, that likely added roughly ~$2.8B of net cash. That still leaves approximately: $3.3B net incremental cash - ~$2.8B convert proceeds = ~$500M of additional cash That's $500 of inc
