To me, $ARB is one of the most exciting protocols in the ecosystem. They are the core layer for tokenizing, essentially, any asset in the world. The valuation of the underlying token isn't following through, and that's clear, as it went down 70% in the past three months. However, I'd like to build a case that it's mispriced to the extreme. How do I do that? You either have to look at the technical analysis of the underlying token whether you can spot certain indicators pinpointing to the mispricing. On the other hand, the fundamental analysis (growth of the ecosystem, activity of the layer) are fundamental. In that light: - The TVL on the chain is going through the roof, as you can see. They're printing new ATHs on the TVL day after day, despite the current market circumstance. - The DEX volume is significantly increasing. - The amount of applications within the ecosystem are growing on a weekly basis. - The active addresses are less than during end of 2023, but no wonder, markets are down a ton, so I would assume that this happens. Based on these factors alone, I think that we're looking at a market that's undervaluing a lot of great protocols within the ecosystem. I wouldn't be surprised if $ARB will follow through and goes back to their fair price in 2026, which should be a multiple from here.

I'm truly impressed by the numbers that @arbitrum has been pulling off lately. Everyday theirs new data coming and almost all of the numbers are hitting all time high this time around. This latest data here shows Arbitrum's treasury holdings that is has really diversified in 2025 hitting a total of around $200M. From heavy $ARB concentration to more stablecoins and yield assets, Arbitrum has made a balanced treasury strategy for healthier long term position.
