🧲Noble is parting ways with the Cosmos chain ⁉️ According to yesterday's announcement, @noble_xyz is abandoning the Cosmos chain and fully switching to an ultra-fast EVM L1 specialized for stablecoins. As everyone knows, Noble was a stablecoin-dedicated chain built on the Cosmos SDK. It aims to launch its mainnet on March 18, 2026, and is now transitioning to an independent EVM L1. This is in the same vein as co‑founder @jelena_noble previously showing strong commitment to 2026. As a new independent chain, Noble is transforming into a practical chain that supports payments, FX, DeFi, and card payments. The reason for moving to EVM is straightforward. Because the majority of developers and users are on EVM. In simple terms, I won’t build a great building in a frontier and wait for people to move in; I’ll build where many people already live. That’s the way to view it. Noble aims to handle payment rails for payments, foreign exchange, card payments, and institutions and enterprises as the base layer for stablecoins. The Cosmos chain won’t be closed immediately, and IBC will be maintained. However, liquidity will shift to EVM, making it effectively dead weight. Ultimately, one of the most notable recent blockchain trends is the focus on payment rails for real life. With Noble’s clear commitment backed by USDN, it’s intriguing to see who will dominate the market next.

Now that this whole InfoFi noise seems to be fading on X, maybe real projects can finally have a voice again. For a long time, genuine ecosystems like Cosmos were drowned out by loud accounts shilling low-effort narratives for one purpose only: farming airdrops. Many of those voices weren’t even real people - just bots polluting timelines and killing meaningful discussion. With that noise gone, real communities finally have space to be heard. Not because of hype, but because we have a massive, organic community that keeps building, supporting, and pushing forward - even when it wasn’t fashionable. Less noise. More signal.
