    📉 Over the past few days, spot volumes on Ethereum have continued to decline while the price has just made a small rebound. As spot volumes get weaker, the influence of futures on price becomes even more significant, making futures the main driver. 👉 When volumes weaken like this, the risk of increased volatility usually rises. ✅ With the futures market currently pushing the price upward, upcoming volatility could work in our favor and potentially drive the spot market to follow the trend.

    In my opinion, Fibonacci Retracements are still one of the most useful and easy to apply trading tools out there. It's very basic, a lot of people use it (hence it's effectiveness in my opinion). A good side note is something I've been saying for some time now: Last cycle, the .618 was the level of all levels. Markets would be up only and if you'd ever gotten a retest on the .618 from the most recent move up, it was almost always a pretty free buy. This cycle is not that straightforward, coins often grind down pretty low and do test the .786 more often than not. Almost creating an equal low (or high) at that point. This has been the most valuable level in terms of Fibonacci retracements the past 1-2 years for me.
