    $POL The price is currently reacting to the first micro resistance zone, which lies between $0.114 and $0.158. This resistance level has recently been adjusted based on the updated wave interpretation. The broader downtrend remains intact. One small change in the wave count is that the fifth wave to the downside is now expected to unfold as an ABC structure rather than an impulse. This adjustment reflects the fact that the entire move to the downside is developing as a diagonal pattern, where the final wave often forms a corrective ABC structure instead of a five-wave impulse. As long as the market remains below the $0.158 level, the downside scenario continues to be favoured. In that case, the next downside target area would come in around $0.058. The reaction at the current resistance zone will therefore be important in determining whether the market resumes the broader downward move.

    $Pol is the "most undervalued" for good reason: Polygon is now sustaining 10m txs per day, which is 4x the daily transactions on Ethereum, which is really impressive. ⚠️However, most of that growth is not captured by retail token holders anymore, but is now funneled to a small group of 105 validators who do not share the revenue with their $pol delegators. 2026-05-05: 371k $pol burned 790k $pol to validators, which then proceed to dump these tokens on exchanges as @HopmansJust points out. Fun Fact: According to Polygon Labs the estimated cost of running a validator node is only $929/month! $Pol could become one of the best performers if this conflict of interest is resolved, but I doubt it as the validators have an enormous financial incentive not to allow that.

    🚨This is indeed a case in prediction markets that warrants caution, and I’ve figured it out— Polymarket’s hybrid architecture has an inherent bug: the off‑chain state and the on‑chain state can never stay perfectly in sync forever. The attacker used only an automated script, costing less than $0.1 in gas, about 50 seconds per cycle. The attack method— 1⃣ First place an order via the API normally, allowing the off‑chain system to confirm the match; 2⃣ Almost simultaneously, use higher gas to drain the wallet funds on‑chain, causing settlement to fail; 3⃣ The system then forcibly removes all market‑maker orders that participated in this match from the order book, artificially creating a market vacuum. This lets the attacker earn two kinds of profit: 1⃣ After repeatedly clearing, they can post extremely wide spreads in the artificially created vacuum; other users who need to trade urgently are forced to take that price. 2⃣ They trick market‑making bots into mis‑executing trades and automatically hedging, then roll back to expose the opponent’s unilateral position, after which the attacker can push the price or take opposite trades to harvest consistently. So far no large‑scale attacks have occurred; if they did, the order‑book depth would contract systematically, ultimately harming the platform’s moat. If the architecture cannot be changed, is it possible to introduce failure penalties or match‑making margin requirements? @Polymarket
