Key takeaways from @hydration_net, @Bifrost & @hyperbridge:
1️⃣ This is a deliberate “soft launch,” not a liquidity explosion
Smart contracts ≠ instant growth.
The current strategy is to let @paritytech ship real products on Hub first, then attract builders and apps.
2️⃣ Liquidity isn’t about attracting outsiders yet, it’s about using what @Polkadot already has
The real DeFi base layer is liquid staking assets, not stablecoins.
• Ethereum: ~30% of staked ETH is liquid
• Polkadot: ~1–2%
Until liquid staking flows into lending & DEXs, “external liquidity” won’t come.
3️⃣ @Bifrost has already proven a sustainable DeFi model on Polkadot
• $8M+ in protocol revenue
