The starting point of this structure is an AI video‑generation engine called Everlyn. Users purchase credits via a monthly subscription and spend credits to generate videos. The generated videos are provided as files, and the creation timestamp and metadata are recorded on the blockchain as a hash to prove provenance. Everlyn operates on BSC, and some videos can be minted as on‑chain video agents, leaving an ownership record via the $LYN token. However, generated videos are not automatically transferred to external wallets or NFTs on other chains; users must download the files and go through a separate minting process. A space for storing these videos as assets emerges as the Rainbow wallet. Rainbow is a non‑custodial wallet supporting Ethereum and multiple Layer‑2 networks, allowing visual management of ERC‑721 and ERC‑1155 based NFTs. Users can view NFTs within the wallet, see or accept purchase offers on open markets, and manage their identity via an ENS profile. However, Rainbow does not provide built‑in revenue‑sharing or micro‑payment features aimed at automation, and all minting, transfers, and sales require direct user approval and gas fees.

InfoFi plus KOL amplification created another “banger” AI project on the TL last year. This one is now post TGE. It rugged users who paid subscriptions to use the most “revolutionary AI video maker”, made endless promises, and relied on KOL and InfoFi amplification to attract attention, only to rug users in the process.
