Starknet is making an explicit bet on the Privacy x BTCFi arc with strkBTC. Bitcoin liquidity is massive but mostly sits idle. ZK gives you programmable privacy, and @Starknet has the stack to connect the two. Whether strkBTC gets real distribution is a separate question, but the architecture is solid. Take ForgeYields quietly crossing $1M+ TVL. Scaling purely organic, literally zero VC money, no token, and no incentives - is rare. I track a lot of these yield plays, and in a meta where protocols need points campaigns just to breathe, people are apeing here for the actual yield, not farming a drop that sybils will nuke. They keep shipping the infra too. Scarb v2.16.0, starknet-rust with RPC 0.10.1 support, and the Starkzap SDK for invisible wallet UX. Sounds boring to retail, but dev retention is what separates compounding ecosystems from dead ones. Network TVL is sitting at $550M, with $2.5B in cumulative trading volume. strkBTC is the thesis play, and ForgeYields is the sleeper. I'm actively watching where this organic liquidity flows next. The Privacy x BTCFi arc is still early and most of my timeline hasn't positioned yet.
