1) Some of the cleanest/unique tokenomics out there
0% went to insiders, VCs, team, CEXs, or campaigns
The only tokens on the market are the 25% they distributed to the community
2) Built on a token + equity model with 20% of Backpack's equity goes to users who stake for a year
3) Team and investors get exposure only through company equity, not the token directly
4) Binance might lose its EU license in July, while Backpack just received one from Latvia
5) 37.5% unlocks when KPIs are hit (regulatory approvals, new products, etc.) and goes to users
6) The other 37.5% unlocks after the IPO, with at least a 1-year timelock
A lot more coming, not just IPOs:

- brokerage account access
- new regions
- daily proof of reserves
- 0% on/off-ramp fees and more
