- Bug bounty: Is there an active program, and what is the max payout? A live bounty usually means the team expects more issues to surface.
- TVL concentration: How much capital is effectively at risk if one contract fails?
- Admin key structure: Who can upgrade contracts, how many signers are required, and what timelock is in place?
- Incident history: Is this the first major incident, or is it a pattern? Repeat offenders are real.
DD does not eliminate crosschain risk; it just helps you price and manage it.
