This just isn’t true and skips a pretty important step.
Even if $MSTR traded at or below NAV, Strategy still has a $21B equity ATM. Raising equity at a lower premium may be dilutive, but “dilutive” is not the same as “impossible.”
There’s a big difference between having fewer attractive financing options and having no financing options at all.
