    🇺🇸🌶️ A major step for Chiliz to enter the US! In an official guidance by the SEC and the CFTC, Fan Tokens have been classified as a hybrid between digital collectibles and digital tools. They have been explicitly mentioned in the document, and therefore the regulation around Fan Tokens is now clear. That will allow Chiliz to finally start launching Fan Tokens in the US and potentially also bring existing Fan Tokens to US exchanges. Great to see!

Chiliz already partnered with them since 2022 and the token will now be launched. 🔥 Dynamic Supply: The new tokenomics for Fan Tokens (burn for wins, minting for losses) will potentially be introduced to ALL Fan Tokens. They will start with a smaller group of Fan Tokens though. 🏆 World Cup: Chiliz is currently in talks with SEVERAL national teams to potentially launch a Fan Token for them. Over 20 million CHZ are currently staked in the Socios Locker Room. 🧩 Omni-chain: The omni-chain expansion of Fan Tokens is not only targeted towards trading, but Chiliz is also looking to onboard more third-party developers and integrate Fan Tokens into third-party apps on other chains.
