    I just got a wake-up call from my team And totally embraced it and faced it They said that since the downturn in Cronos, I was too focused on building, even though I was preaching that we needed to ship fast, I was delaying launches to perfectionise every pixel, etc And in reality.... its true. They are right 10000% I got stuck in the builder's loop, where everything has to be perfect. AGAIN. And I tried to find a reason for it, and one of them was fear.
