Wait a second ....... If you still think interoperability is just about moving tokens in 2026 , i'm here to tell you that’s totally a dangerous way to think. For years, we’ve relied on middle chains and monolithic assets , i mean blindly trusting that the bridge was as secure as the chains it connected. Certainly not one to judge (anything to make our lives better right .....right) We lived in a world of hope based security until it didn't work or stopped working. We've experiened several bridges hacks over the years in crypto just because the security was monolithic. Hackers only needed to compromise a few validator keys to convince the bridge that a withdrawal was valid. What was experienced was a failure of the architecture. There was no separation between the transport of the message and the verification of its truth The bridge was a single point of failure, and the price was catastrophic(sad...).
