According to Cointelegraph, a Seychelles court ruled that entities related to KuCoin must pay a Swiss investor over $2 million in compensation. The court held that KuCoin is not authorized to treat the 21 million CHP tokens that have been delisted as 'unclaimed assets' and dispose of them independently. The investor said that, to date, KuCoin has not fulfilled its compensation obligations and is preparing to take further legal action.
