Real estate tokenization sounds like a 2021 buzzword that never delivered.
But $PROPS is actually doing it. Propbase lets you buy fractional ownership in properties on the Aptos blockchain. Monthly rental cash flow. Long-term appreciation. No $500K minimum to get in the door.
Here's the reality check though. The token is down 98% from its all-time high of $0.27 to around $0.0044 today. That's brutal. Market cap sitting at $2.1M with about 490M tokens circulating out of 1.2B total supply. The trading volume is still active at around $780K daily, so people are clearly still moving in and out.
I'm not telling you to buy or sell. But I am saying the real estate tokenization thesis hasn't died. It's just been beaten down with everything else. If Propbase actually delivers on making property investment accessible to normal people, this price could look ridiculous in hindsight. Or it goes to zero like most altcoins. The tech is real. The use case makes sense. The execution is the question mark. Do your own homework before touching anything this volatile.

All of them could disappear tomorrow.
But if you're hunting for asymmetric bets, you look where others aren't.
That's the game.

→ Never more than 1-2% of portfolio
→ Assume you'll lose it all
→ Take profits on the way up
→ Don't marry the position
Treat it like a lottery ticket with better odds.
