Symbiosis (SIS)

Today, I would like to start by quoting a fresh article by Yuno that explores Vooi's team members.

When I saw Will's old tweet, I became curious about the introduction of Symbiosis Finance and found out it was a project co‑founded by Will.

Symbiosis Finance is based on an AMM model, aiming to provide fast and low‑cost swaps/bridges for both EVM and non‑EVM networks, and has been launched since 2021.

In the Web3 space where many projects vanish without a trace, it is remarkable that Symbiosis remains alive; it supports bridges for a wide variety of chains, from the well‑known projects to B2, Bera, Blast, and many others.

Could this be because of its goal? The Binance Labs that supported Vooi (now YZI Labs) is

"Symbiosis Finance is a company that makes a significant contribution to the multi‑chain future of cryptocurrency. We are delighted to support Symbiosis Finance and work closely with the team to build a shared vision."

Along with that statement, they made a strategic investment in 2022.

Seeing this, I had one thought.

‘YZI Labs is very interested in solving Multi‑Chain problems.’

From the perspective of the BSC ecosystem, I think they would also want to get involved in the DEX market that takes a slice of CEX.

If, in the meantime, they succeed in creating an aggregator that solves the chronic liquidity fragmentation problem of multi‑chain DeFi and integrates DeFi, they could become the ‘Binance’ of the DEX world.

In that sense, I think Vooi might be a project that YZI Labs likes even more than Symbiosis.

It serves as an aggregator that gathers high‑yielding PerpDEXs, and further supports Spot and Yield, embodying this vision.
