Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security detained several individuals linked to the ONUS platform, accusing them of false advertising, manipulating token prices and supply-demand, and centrally controlling the market, inducing investors to trade and illegally obtain funds. Authorities said the group issued and promoted tokens including VNDC, ONUS, HNG through the ONUS platform, allegedly raising funds amounting to tens of billions of dollars, but did not disclose specific loss details.
