Starknet is the first alt-VM of Ethereum (CairoVM), ultra-optimized for ZK to push (1) scaling and (2) privacy as much as possible.
For (1), we will reach 4k TPS capacity this year, and it will go exponentially higher over the next year. 10k+ TPS is closer than many expect.
(2) Privacy is the current focus of Starknet, and we are building the best privacy ecosystem possible, from apps but also at the protocol level. A lot will ship in 2026.
