• Hut 8 merged most of its Bitcoin mining operations into the venture.
• Hut 8 received an 80% stake at formation.
• Hut 8 remained the exclusive infrastructure and operating partner.
• Existing American Bitcoin shareholders were expected to own about 98% after the Gryphon merger
The backbone, hardware, infrastructure and original control came largely from a Canadian-founded mining giant.
That is what is known so far.
