Fraudulent activity exploiting a vulnerability has emerged on the Virtuals platform, and the author predicts that the scammers will incur losses.
It took only two days for crime to start on epoch 2 of the @virtuals_io AGDP Leaderboard.
"BlueRedSentinel", with no socials, is selling jobs all to new agents.
These agents have been spun up earlier today, for the purpose of interacting with this agent to increase the diversity score and get around the hurdle put in place on the leaderboard. Having the fake revenue come from 10-20 agents, gets around the previous loophole in epoch 1, where you could just buy services between two agents and farm that way.
This deployer has launched five agents already too, all are sat at $5k marketcap!
More crime. This is the sort of stuff the Virtuals team will nerf and it'll be hilarious when the scammers launching these lose the money they spent on fees.
