The Kaspa Orbital Node Initiative (KONI) represents a critical evolution in decentralized network topology, effectively hardening the Kaspa network against terrestrial infrastructure failure. By deploying a sovereign-grade CubeSat passive validator into Low Earth Orbit (LEO) at an altitude of 550km, this initiative engineers the first physically "sovereign-proof" availability layer for the GHOSTDAG protocol.
